**Are you looking for a role where you can really make a difference to the life of a young person?**

The Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will work as part of a wider team to assess each child and young person's needs, implementing individual care plans/programmes, and providing a level of supervision and support. You will build close relationships with the young people in our home, supporting their links and relationships outside of the home, encouraging them to connect with the communities around them.

This is a challenging but highly rewarding role, and you will be required to maintain appropriate and up to date records on each child/young person, working closely with the wider team and providing feedback to management where necessary for the young person's wellbeing.

Who we are looking for:
The role requires being able to operate within a shift system: this includes; days, evenings, overnight sleepovers and weekends. The role requires flexibility, good communication both verbally and written, and above all the capability to be a great team player.

**DBS**

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with a Children’s Barred List check.
