**What The Post Requires**
- A minimum of 1 years experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare or in a Child focused Role
- At least 1 years Experience working within a care setting
- NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare
- knowledge around working with children and young people with Challenging Behaviour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:
- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
