Employer Partnership Coordinator

Our client a well recognised and respected employer in the Yeovil area is recruiting for an Employer Partnership Coordinator.

This full time permanent role involves meeting with other local employers to discuss their training needs and discuss various different funding streams in order that the training for staff can be delivered
- this includes apprenticeships, adult education, commercial and other potential training opportunities.

The key responsibilities of this role are as follow:

- **Increase Engagement**: Expand in learning and development activities within designated sectors and funding options like apprenticeships, adult education budget, and commercial training.
- **Build and Foster Business Relationships**: Create and strengthen connections with businesses, finding ways to provide effective training solutions that benefit the employer
- **Collaborate for Success**: Work closely with various teams to smoothly transition new business opportunities into successful partnerships, supporting growth and achievement of income targets.
- **Meet Performance Targets**: Achieve and surpass set targets for income generation and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to apprenticeships, adult education budget, and other associated projects.
- **Partner with Curriculum Areas**: Collaborate with specific curriculum areas to establish and expand employer relationships, ensuring the fulfillment of curriculum plans and increasing apprenticeship opportunities.
- **Exceptional Customer Support**: Provide top-tier customer service to employers, assisting them with apprenticeship services, adult training, and tailored commercial training solutions.
- **Effective Account Management**: Offer excellent account management services to all assigned employers, meeting their needs and maintaining strong working relationships.
- **Develop Tailored Training Solutions**: Create personalised, high-quality training programs that cater to the specific needs of employers, ensuring excellent service delivery at all times.
- **Comprehensive Learner Onboarding**: Ensure a thorough onboarding process for learners across all training programs, facilitating a smooth transition into their educational journey.

In return the client is offering an excellent pension scheme and a salary of £29,288 plus PRP with a generous holiday of 30 day per year plus Bank holidays.
