We are looking for a **Business Training and Partnerships Coordinator **to join our **Employer Engagement Team**. This role will focus on meeting employer’s needs and ensuring that they receive high quality training and outstanding customer service at all times. Being responsible for developing and managing relationships to meet agreed training requirements across a range of funding streams, this includes Apprenticeships, Adult Education, Commercial and other potential training opportunities.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
- Level 3 vocational qualification (or above).
- Good understanding of ‘sales’ and or a ‘selling’ process
- Creating and managing commercial business relationships.
- Significant experience of providing an effective account management service for employers including, creating and delivering resolutions to issues.
- Presenting business proposals.
- Strong organisation and ownership of processes
- Proven track record in sales/business development/account management and the ability to communicate at a high level
- Knowledge of Apprenticeships, Adult Training and Commercial training solutions
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships at a senior level.
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
- Strong commitment to CPD.

**Full time, 37 hours per week, all year round**

**Salary: £29,288**
