**_ Guest Experience Concierge:_**
**_MISSION: _**The Guest Experience Concierge is responsible for managing the entire experience of VIP guest and guests staying in the hotel's superior rooms, providing them with unique and personalized experiences and committing to excellence in guest satisfaction.
- Manage the experience of VIP guests and guests staying in superior rooms, ensuring excellent service, personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Manage the arrival of VIP guests and guests staying in superior attribute rooms, ensuring that they have all the information about the hotel services and facilities during their stay.
- Being knowledgeable of the destination to be able to offer services and products according to the preferences of customers.
- Manage customer incidents, following the established protocols.
- Comply with the attributes, standards and manuals applicable to their department.
