**Requirements**:
Fun, friendly, can-do attitude
Self-motivated, confident and willing to learn
Interest in craft beer and hospitality
1+ years work experience in sales, a related field (account management, business development etc.). Ideally, this will be in and around the drinks business / hospitality industry, but this is not essential.
You must be an excellent communicator and have effective people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and in person as well as tackling any issues.
Responsibilities for Sales Executive
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Research and analyse sales options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
This position is Weekday, but there will be occasionally evening and weekend work attending events etc.
Qualifications for Head of Sales
- Experience in Sales
- Competency in English
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Ability to negotiate and an understanding of marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about sales
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Must drive with access to a car
