Role Description

We have an opening for a motivated sales person to join our growing team. This is a full-time role for an experienced Sales Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets.
  • Build the business and promote brand awareness across both a new and existing client portfolio
  • Pro actively generate leads
  • Manage the entire tender process including price gathering, info compilation, bid writing and document submission.
  • Attend site to conduct detailed surveys
  • Work closely with the construction and maintenance departments to ensure a joined up approach.
  • Compile a weekly report on sales activity
  • Quarterly reporting to the MD


Qualifications

  • Previous lift experience essential
  • NVQ qualification (or equivalent) a bonus
  • Proven track record in lead generation, sales prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
  • Customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Sales presentations and pitching skills
  • Understanding of sales strategies and market trends
  • Understanding of market suppliers and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
