**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Here at Jaguar Land Rover we are in need of a Procurement Training Specialist. Are you looking for a new challenge? Purchasing Transformation & Operations works closely with the business to identify, scope and lead improvement and transformation projects across Procurement. The improvements range from addressing mandatory and business continuity capabilities, to introducing game changing ways of working enabled by technology, people and processes, in line with Procurement and Jaguar Land Rover’s strategy.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Key responsibilities:
The Training Specialist role is responsible for leading and delivering the training strategy, approach and plan for Procurement capabilities required for successful implementation of the Integrated ERP Project; assessing training needs, creating and managing all training activities and content from physical presenter focused training to virtual online classes for various stakeholder groups.

Working closely with the Change Management Specialist to define and create Training Needs Analysis; tailor messaging for the differing audiences; provide expertise and insight to develop all Procurement training content and material within a brand-compliant, clear and coherent style and messaging. Co-ordinating the Procurement training needs to create and roll-out an agreed training plan, incorporating any feedback or lessons learned into the training material and content.

This approach will embed the new ways of working and equip the Procurement team for our future system requirements globally.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

Essential:

- Knowledgeable in Learning and Development methodologies (e.g. competencies, adult learning principles)
- Experience with large-scale organisational transformational change
- Experience of working in a high performing matrix environment within a complex large organisation
- A solid understanding supported with proven demonstrable experience of successfully delivering a major Training Programme or Project
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills and abilities along with the ability to work under pressure
- Previous operational experience of project management and ability to use Project Management principles/methodologies, approaches, tools and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, associates and at all levels of management and appropriately manage / influence stakeholder expectations
- Good analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
- Experience in SharePoint and MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
