The Reimagine strategy is being deployed within Commercial through our Commercial Strategic framework which is made of 4 key portfolio Epics: Go to Market, Growth, Simplicity & Digital Transformation. All are pivotal to delivering a Modern Luxury Client experience for the most discerning of customers, making our Reimagine vision a reality. To drive a key component of our Go to Market epic, enabling us to deliver a seamless physical and digital experience, the UK are moving from a franchising model, to an Agency operating model for Land Rover, from November 2024.

Under an Agency agreement, the client places an order directly with the OEM (Jaguar Land Rover) and names a preferred delivery agent, the price is set by the OEM (Jaguar Land Rover), The Retailer (Agents) role becomes one of an experience centre that adds value through in person interactions and technologies, sales consultations, test drives, and vehicle handover. This will support our strategy by giving us greater influence over the Client journey, providing customers with a more consistent omni-channel journey.

This is a huge transformation and an exciting time for our business and our network, The scope of change required will be broad, working with UK NSC stakeholders and global colleagues across multiple functions along with our UK Network, to define our new ways of working. It will impact all areas of our UK operation including business, capabilities, technologies, people and processes, and you could be a part of this as we are looking to grow our dedicated Agency team who will be instrumental in bringing this to life.

We will be using agile development methodologies (Scrum and scaled agile frameworks) as the operating model for our department. In this role you will be joining one of our teams and will be working closely with your teammates and customers to deliver working capability at pace, training will be given as this is new to all of us.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Support the day to day operations of the UK Agency team.
- Own, write and facilitate: Network Communication, Department Presentations, Excel working sheets
- Owner on input to Agile project management tools
- Own and coordinate and collate inputs for key reviews such as, Transformation Time, SteerCo, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Coordinate and facilitate functional team meetings, including offsite meetings
- Take responsibility for the planning, preparation and all notes and actions for network stakeholder meetings
- Own and coordinate inputs and delivery of Corporate audit and functional governance
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, developing positive relationships, enabling alignment and effectiveness
- Act as conduit for information requests from different parts of the business including responding to requests for management information and reporting
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of key business systems and processes e.g. Agile
- Good knowledge of JIRA, confluence
