**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Corporate Security & Business Protection is responsible for protecting the Global Jaguar Land Rover Business through effective protective strategies and processes. As a Business Support coordinator, you will be a key part of this. You’ll be responsible for organising and conducting refresher and initial training for Super Users and Reception teams across Jaguar Land Rover, making sure they are trained to a high standard.

With security at the forefront, you will be working closely with the reception team and wider business providing an excellent customer experience as visitors and employees move around the Jaguar Land Rover sites.

In addition, you will be overseeing the programming, assigning of access, reviewing and de-activating cards in accordance with the Access Control Policy. This will involve regular audits to ensure that only authorised personnel have access to the relevant areas.

You'll also be responsible for the following:
- Leading projects to oversee the programming of new areas on the access control system.
- Investigating all access control issues.
- Organizing and conducting refresher and initial training for Super Users and reception teams.
- Supporting the on-boarding across the business so that new starters have the correct access from day one.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of working in access control and, ideally, with the ability to diagnose access control issues.
- IT literate and proficient with the MS Office suite.
