We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Senior Trustee Administrator.

This role sits within the Trustee and Depositary team. As a Senior Trustee Administrator you will support Trustee Managers in providing a high quality trustee and depositary monitoring service to ensure that clients comply with the FCA rules and in accordance with the Trustee and Depositary Services corporate trusteeship responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and their third party administrators communicating with them in a professional, clear and concise manner whilst meeting all deadlines
- Undertaking a programme of trustee checks, as assigned, in accordance with all relevant internal, legal, Bank and Group Compliance Policies and procedures. Checks will include Reconciliation Reviews, Investment and Borrowing power checks, Derivative Monitoring, Fee and Payments Authorisations
- Resolve complex enquiries and queries on time and in accordance with current guidelines
- Provide assistance to the Trustee Manager in line with the senior administrator role, such as assisting with the flow of work within the team, carrying out checking of colleague’s work and acting as a point of reference for training purposes

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Demonstrated history of working within a trustee/ custody function and possess a good understanding of the securities market
- Confident at working within a fast paced environment and working towards stringent deadlines
- Strong planning and organisational abilities are paramount and the successful applicant will be able to manage their time effectively and facilitate conflicting priorities
- A professional Investment Qualification such as the IOC or similar would be beneficial
