Personal Assistant to SMT & Trustees

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Senior Management Team (SMT) and Trustees at British Sign Language Broadcasting Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to SMT and Trustees, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including minutes, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with Deaf programme-makers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support the development and implementation of BSLBT's strategic plans and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior management or trustees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Deaf and hearing stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
