_**JOB PURPOSE**:_

To assist in delivering general office support and complete a range of administrative tasks to Customer Specifications and within the scope of AS9100:2016 Quality Standards.
- **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:_
- Assist in the administration of HR related documents
- Arranging monthly document collections from sub-contractor
- Managing the Document Control Process
- Conduct monthly document issue status reviews
- Ensuring completed induction forms are filed
- Raising Purchase Orders when required
- To produce and circulate monthly Quality reports
- Book employee Eye tests with local opticians and collate associated paperwork
- Allocation of serial numbers for manufactured product
- Update training records where required
- Coordinating internal / external recruitment drives
- To administer scrap reports
- Ordering Quality documents where required
- To attend internal meetings where required
- To liaise with internal departments on related issues
