The pandemic hasn't kept this company down Operating in an industry that suffered terribly, they ploughed through and have emerged stronger than ever.
With sales coming in fast, they are in need of an administrator to support every area of the business, with an emphasis on accounts and sales support.
This would suit an individual with some office experience, ideally 6 months and up, with strong communication skills and good time management.
If you are looking for an all-round position then this is for you. It will give you the opportunity to gain experience in a range of departments, which could then lead to a career away from admin and more focussed on sales, accounts or marketing; whatever yourheart desires
As an administrator, your daily tasks will include:

- To work closely with colleagues in the Sales Office, Accounts Dept. and all other departments in a co-operative and enthusiastic manner.
- Scanning delivery notes then matching to purchase invoices
- Filing
- Basic data entry into Sage - e.g. batches of purchase invoices
- Collating import documents and chasing couriers for missing documents
- Basic credit control - courtesy first phone calls to check customer has the invoice and if they have a payment date.
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries, taking messages and passing onto the relevant person.
- Basic sales order processing - standard "pricelist" sales orders
- Post - almost daily requirement for samples, brochures and price lists. Close liaison with the sales team
- To liaise with suppliers to ensure deliveries and collections have been made and to resolve any problems.
- Ordering general supplies

Strong IT Skills and a GCSE grade of C or above in Maths and English are job requirements.
