**Primary Responsibilities**:include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- TowerCo and Operator relationship management, including developing market strategies and pitching collaborative investment ideas.
- Formulate and implement strategies for each carrier/customer, including revenue opportunities (e.g., revenue share buyouts), strategic swaps and other transactions.
- Develop and execute internal and external strategy to ensure commercial readiness of all assets under management.
- Provide strategic leadership in developing relations with TowerCos and/or Operators
- Provide strategic leadership for the business focused on improving relationships with carriers and tower company tenants/customers.
- Regularly communication project status and asset readiness information effectively with the Sales and Operations teams.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative analyses on portfolios and projects, make recommendations to executive team based on key findings, and implement resulting strategies.
- Establish quarterly targets, manage staff to achieve goals, define procedures and develop a systematic and productive process to track efficiency, accuracy and other key metrics.
- Directly supervise, develop and manage the performance of the Manager, Landlord Relations, the Manager, Portfolio Management, and Senior Data Analysts.
- Create strong collaborative team environment.
- To appoint, manage and overview external suppliers of asset management services.
- To use and champion use of the Company’s Asset Management systems of record, primarily CRM and Yardi.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field.

**Experience**:

- 8 plus years of experience leading strategic growth plans for telecom operations.
- Demonstrated success at identifying market opportunities for collaboration with TowerCos and/or telecom operators.
- Demonstrated success at the development of strategy and business development with a global organization

**Technical Skills**:

- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long-term, mutually beneficial client/customer relationships.
- Good strategic and problem-solving skills to effectively influence decision making in key negotiations.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results.
- Excellent organization and planning skills; ability to effectively manage priorities for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated strategic acumen and strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage complex projects from inception to execution.
- Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.
