You'll be responsible for a Paid Social Executive and also work across the business with teams on other digital services.

You can be based from our office in the beautiful city of Lichfield, or work remotely and come into the office at least twice a month, so maybe within two hours’ drive time or near a train line that come to Lichfield City/Trent Valley would work too.

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Managing the partnership with Social Platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat etc)
- Ensuring the optimisation and management of paid social campaigns across multiple clients is carried out to best practice standards
- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and analysis of daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
- Ensuring the management, distribution and optimisation of client budgets to achieve client campaign objectives is carried out
- Working with the account teams to strategically develop clients and test new platforms and formats, targeting opportunities and Beta’s to help meet client KPI’s and leading the strategy review meetings

**Desirable Skills (some or all of these would be useful but not essential)**
- Strong experience in Paid Social - able to demonstrate successful campaigns and measurable results across the board
- Solid understanding of digital platforms including, or similar to: Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Analytics etc.
- Experience working in the paid social space with focus a on strategy
- Adept at development of media plans, campaign strategy and budget recommendations with a data-first approach
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to think both strategically and tactically, and at speed
