Organic Search Specialist

We're seeking an Organic Search Specialist to join us and take our clients' online presence to number one in the rankings. From eCommerce to Finance and Education you will work with a diverse bunch of accounts and products so you must have the speed to keep up

Curiosity is important – you’ll be the kind of person who always wants to learn more, whether that’s the latest organic search tactics, or getting to understand the finer details of each client’s products and services.

This is a fast-paced role within an ambitious agency environment, so a growth mindset is a must for the successful applicant. 

You can be based in our office in the beautiful city of Lichfield or work remotely and come into the office at least twice a month to meet with the entire team and wider business, so maybe within two hours’ drive time or near a train line that comes to Lichfield City/Trent Valley would work too.

What will you be doing?

• Crafting and executing organic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implementing organic tactics and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborating seamlessly with other channels to maximise results across the board.
• Providing top-notch client service, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

What we are looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years in the digital marketing arena, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in both agency and in-house settings, understanding the nuances of each.
• Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Paid marketing experience is a definite plus, adding another layer to your expertise.
