Hays are supporting a search for a Scrum Master to join a retailer based in Staffordshire. This business has an excellent work culture with a low staff turnover within the organisation.

- The creation and leadership of SCRUM teams in line with project requirements and demands to ensure
- successful delivery of key deliverables and goals
- Design, development, deployment and support of RPA, Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence
- processes and workflows in line with agreed timescales and budgets
- Facilitation of daily SCRUM events to ensure appropriate
- prioritisation of daily activity with SCRUM teams
- Leading sprint planning events to support planning of backlog tasks to be completed and drive ongoing
- continuous delivery in line with budgets and agreed timescales
- Facilitate the creation of user stories, creation of product and sprint backlogs and the definition of done with the team
- Ensure governance requirements are met, finance and commercials are in place, and approval achieved throughout the service lifecycle
- Prioritisation of product / sprint backlogs with product owners to supporting effective delivery
- Management of escalations from SCRUM teams to ensure focus remains on delivery of product and sprint goals
- Management of change management requests, adding to backlog and prioritised with product owner
- Facilitate security, access and project audits in line with audit cycle
- Manage 3rd party escalations and incident calls
- Facilitate retrospective events to drive continuous improvement activity including sprint reviews
- Building relationships with key business stakeholders and product owners, creating and executing a
- communication strategy to provide effective updates throughout development cycles aligned to AGILE
- methodology
- Lead weekly show and tell meeting with key business stakeholders and product owners to drive engagement and successful delivery
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, in line with agile practice
- Developing and showcasing AGILE ways of working and SCRUM methodology, coaching others on ways of working
- Managing delivery of the project with third party vendors and systems providers
