**Salary**: £30,000+ and including benefits

Type: Full-time, permanent

Hours of work: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a stand-alone HR Manager to join a fast paced and forward-thinking manufacturing company that has experienced significant growth since its formation in 2001.

As the HR Manager you will be working very closely with the Operations and Production departments and as the HR Manager will be overseeing all daily HR issues across to sites both of which are based in Leicester, LE3 and LE4.

HR Manager expectations:
Delivery of all relevant HR processes and initiatives in line with the Operations and Production departments and in line with the company values and future objectives;
Undertaking the induction of all new staff both temporary and permanent members of staff;
Working closely with Health & Safety and other Supervisors with regards to staff attendance and staff welfare;
Dealing with all internal disciplinary issues;
Building on the existing relationship with an outside HR Support Team for advice on all HR matters;
Liaising very closely with Directors and Supervisors to ensure all HR processes are met correctly;
All HR administration to be maintained and accurate

This HR Manager position is an excellent opportunity for either a HR Advisor or HR Assistant who is ready for the next step up in their career

Proven ability to provide quality and appropriate advice and guidance

Must be from a Manufacturing or Engineering background

Comfortable with the ability to have strength of character, confident and with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude

Excellent IT skills

Happy to work in a fast paced environment where things may change rapidly

Highly organised
