Our established and rapidly growing engineering client based just north of Leicester are seeking their first HR Manager to join the business on a permanent basis as part of their leadership team. On offer for this HR Manager role is a salary of £42,000 to£48,000 depending on your level of experience.

**What does the role entail?**

As the HR Manager you will be part of the leadership team and overseeing 2 Administrators helping the business to scale from around 40 to over 100 employees in the next 12 months+ This is the first full HR role in the company, although policies and proceduresare in place your role will be to review, amend and implement policies, processes, procedures and handbooks to safeguard the business and its employees but also to enable growth too. This will be an all encompassing HR role including Reward, L&D, ER, Recruitmentand every other facet of HR, so please expect a varied and interesting HR Manager role.

**What skills will you have?**

To be considered for this HR Manager role you will be a strong HR Generalist cable of looking after all aspects of HR for a SME business who have a growing and diverse workforce from setting of strategy to execution and managing/developing a small team.Ideally you will have CIPD or other relevant industry qualifications, however the skills to be a success in the role are more important. You will be confident, a great communicator and able to build relationships at all levels across the business. It wouldbe advantageous if you have come from a busy/fast paced SME environment where you have been hands on with people in both a reactive and proactive manner. Should you have worked in a blue and white collar environment again this would be an added bonus too.
