**HR Business Partner**

**6 months fixed term**

**Location: South Warwickshire**

**Salary: £40,000 - £45,000**

I’m working in partnership with a hugely exciting and rewarding business that is recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner.

This role is with a high-profile company which is welcoming and inclusive, where you work with great people every day.

What this role will give to you:

- Most importantly, this role will give you the opportunity to work within a collaborative team, in a business that is transforming how it operates.
- It will give you experience of working with a brilliant Head of HR and the existing HR Business Partners to deliver the company’s strategy and vision.
- The business is revamping and transforming how it operates, you will work on a variety of HR Initiatives and projects that will have a very real impact on the business.
- Some of the exciting projects currently happening are digitization of processes, Employee Surveys that now need actioning, Gener pay gap, D&I
- You’ll also manage Employee Relations cases, so a love for ER is key.
- You’ll also coach and guide line managers to help them manage day to day issues, help them to become more empowered and better managers.

Experience you’ll need to deliver a brilliant job:

- Ability to work in very busy, demanding and challenging environments.
- Able to build immediate connections with people who have multiple priorities that might be different to yours.
- Lots of experience in managing Employee Relations cases
- Strong experience of working at least HRBP level.
- This is not a stretch role, it is for someone to come in and take ownership - in return you’ll get 6 months working in a fabulous environment working with a team that works in collaboration, this will be a hugely rewarding opportunity.

You must be immediately available to start a new role at the end of March / beginning of April, and will have worked in a commercial environment and skilled in all generalist areas of HR.
