Answering calls, diarising court hearings, taking messages, assisting solicitors, opening files on our case management system.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned

- GCSEs in Naths and English grades c as a minimum
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant but we will train if this is limited
- Strong computer skills with the ability to type accurately and quickly
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £17,081.00-£18,002.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 - 22 per week
