**Administration Assistant**
Our manufacturing company is recruiting an **Administration Assistant** to work in their office in **Stockport**
In your role as an **Administration Assistant** you will be supporting a small company with a range of duties.
**Duties include**:
- Receptionist duties such as post, phone calls, greeting clients
- Numerical data entry
- Taking credit card payments
- Liaising with customers over the phone and in person
- Maintaining client records on database
As an Administration Assistant you will be expected to work **Monday to Friday 9am to 4.45pm**
**You will need**:
- Previous experience in an admin role.
- Previous job stability. They want someone to stay long term as there will be a lot to learn
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to answer the phone and speak to clients from day 1
- Efficiency, accuracy & attention to detail
**Benefits include**:
- 20 days per annum (3 days to be used for the Christmas shutdown)

Essential Personnel is operating as an Employment Agency in relation to this position.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
