My client are a well-renowned brand, offering unified communications, for small to medium sized businesses. They are looking for a sales development representative/inside sales/lead generation executive, to join a very successful team, based in Kingston upon Thames. Salary £22-26k + OTE £35k year 1, £50k OTE year 2 (uncapped commission).

What does the role look like?
- You Will have- Previous B2B sales experience in an outbound setting.
- Technology/Telecoms/SaaS/IT experience (desirable)
- Be driven, ambitious, hungry, and resilient.

- Be able to think outside the box and have flexible skills.
- Be a great communicator at all levels
- Be able to work collaboratively within a team of mixed skill sets.

- Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify business opportunities, selling a full range of products and services including Broadband, Mobiles and Cloud services, telephone and cloud-based systems.
- You will identify and create opportunities/appointments for the senior business development managers, and field-based sales team to close
- Work towards monthly KPIS/targets
- While contacting existing clients, a large proportion of the role will be working to build the base of clients, by contacting and acquiring new business with the full support of a trusted database.
