Role Overview:

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to collaborate in a competitive environment.
  • Experience with prospecting tools and tracking leads is advantageous.

  • Previous customer-facing experience in roles such as hospitality, catering, or retail is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adopt a proactive approach to develop outreach strategies for new lead generation.
  • Identify new leads through market research and by understanding our services.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new business prospects, guiding them through the next steps.
  • Engage actively with prospects to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Facilitate meetings with prospects, managing introductions and follow-ups with sales representatives.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and arrange appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate administration in our CRM system.
  • Act as an ambassador for HAYNE Solutions, contributing positively to our brand image.
  • Leverage personal interests and passions to enhance the role, whether in sports, Diversity & Inclusion, or Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Influence the overall growth of the business through your contributions.
