Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our restaurant and ensure seamless execution of our business operations. Our company, Isisekelo Recruitment, is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the warmth and hospitality of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the implementation of back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) procedures to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Conduct and manage opening and closing procedures for both BOH and FOH, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with the store management team to conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Accountable for identifying and addressing deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial systems, POS, and brand processes to maintain accurate records and optimize profitability.
- Manage profit and loss statements, stock levels, and rota schedules to drive business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
