We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Isisekelo Recruitment. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Monitor and control the implementation of back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) procedures to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Conduct and manage opening and closing procedures for both BOH and FOH, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing downtime.
- Brand Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular brand audits with the store management team, as directed by Home Office, to ensure compliance with brand standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Management: Ensure accurate financial systems, POS, and brand processes are followed, and provide regular profit and loss statements to inform business decisions.
- Stock and Rota Management: Oversee stock management and rota management to optimize inventory levels and staff scheduling.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in the restaurant industry, with at least 3 years in a leading role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
