- Day to day running of the Catering Department Office
- Bookkeeping, record-keeping or data entry into financial, databases and records
- Maintenance and organisation of company records
- Managing of stock take
- Inputting and generating the stock take
- Organisation of day to day Catering due diligence
- Keeping and management of all departmental records for auditing purposes

**Qualifications**
- computing skills and qualifications, including those related to word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
- competency in using industry-specific software and administrative procedures
- time management and organisational skills
- communications skills (verbal and written)
- strong numeracy skills
- file clerking skills and knowledge of the leading filing systems
