**Responsibilities**
- Control of Purchase Ledger
- Matching delivery notes, purchase orders with invoices
- Dealing with queries, liasing with relevant departments.
- Inputting invoices registering etc.
- Monthly excel spreadsheets for queries, payments
- Sending remits for Suppliers
- Stock Provision Monthly Analysis
- Answering phone and general office duties
- A minimum of 5 years administrative experience
- Experience of working within a finance / accounts environment
- Knowledge of finance computer software
- Experience of Microsoft Excel and Word
Applicants will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
