**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a growing and well established company who are based in Halifax and specialise within the insurance industry and are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role requires someone who is available to start immediately and who holds relevant finance experience.
Our client base themselves in Halifax, they are in a fantastic accessible location (right by a train station and bus station). The team itself is social and the office holds a great lively atmosphere making this an enjoyable place to work.
As Purchase Ledger Clerk here, your responsibilities may vary and will consist but will not be limited to;
- Inputting high volumes of invoices in a timely and efficient manner using Purchase Ledger system (D365).
- Clearing and resolving invoice and expense queries.
- Liaising with all relevant departments and colleagues as and when needed.
- Preparing payment runs.
- Reconciling accounts during month end.
- Pro-actively managing supplier accounts.
- Clearing overdue payments.
- Working closely with the Team Leader and other members of the team.
- Processing payments, and inputting manually.
- Tax analysis & policy refunds included.
**The Successful Applicant**:
Will hold relevant finance experience for the position.
Will be immediately available to start the position or on a reduced notice period.
Will be open to a rolling contract.

Immediate start + Salary ranging up to £24,500 dependent on experience + Accessible location, close to a station and bus station + Growing company + Temporary ongoing role with scope to move permanent + 37.5 hour working week, Mon-Friday + Core hours 10:00am-4:00pm (flexible hours offered around this)
