Customer Care Specialist

Our growing business is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join the team based at our HQ in Bloxwich.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the success of developing strong relationships with a dedicated Client portfolio to manage and maintain as well as working closely to collaborate with all departments to continuously improve what we do.
What we are looking for:
- Serve as a lead point for any Client queries.
- Resolve any issues in a timely manner and within company policy.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Client relationships.
- Weekly contact your dedicated base
- Complete monthly/quarterly KPI driven reviews.
- Develop rapport with key accounts and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide weekly volume forecasts.
- Grow revenue through organic growth.
- Solid experience of using MS Excel/Word
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A forward-thinking mentality always putting the Client/Customer first
- General day to day CS admin (reviewing outstanding orders, held orders, weights/dims etc)
