The Inclusion and SEND team sits within the Inclusion and Opportunity Service alongside the Virtual School for Children in Care and the Virtual School Sensory Support. Three Senior Advisers with specific areas of responsibility - Intervention and Early Prevention, Inclusion and SEND and SEMH and transitions - lead the strategic and operational aspects of the team which comprises Inclusion and SEND Advisers, Norfolk STEPS, ATT service, Portage service, Element 3 funding, SEMH SRBs, the Fair Access Team and the Alternative Education Service.

As Children’s Services continues to develop ambitious plans to improve outcomes for children and young people who have SEND or need support around inclusion, there are new opportunities to join our team of advisers to support our transformation aims.
