Industry experience preferred but not essential - providing you have excellent organisational skills and high degree of attention to detail, we are happy to train you in this position.

The role will be busy and varied, covering all aspects of a busy reception and claims handling, therefore you will need to multi-task with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be confident in all aspects of administration. Due to thenature of your role you need to be punctual, reliable and take responsibility for your part to ensure excellent customer service.
- Provide full reception support, including meeting and greeting clients and in a professional manner;
- Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team;
- Diary management - booking work into the management system, invoicing and presenting the completed job;
- Using our management system, you will be the link between our customers and our workshop;
- Complete other ad hoc tasks;
- You should be comfortable dealing with members of the public as you will be booking vehicles in and out including taking payments for excess, extra work etc

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

- Customer focused.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Multi-task oriented
- High level of organisational skills

- Hours: Work a 5 day week (Mon - Fri) 8:00am - 5:00pm. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8:00am-12:00pm. You are entitled to a 30 minute lunch break and 15 minute break in the morning.
