Business Support Executive

To continue our success, we are recruiting for an outgoing, detail-orientated & efficient Business Support Executive to help oversee the efficient running of the office.
The role of Business Support Executive is a highly varied and responsible role, providing general support to the business, identifying, suggesting & implementing processes improvements which will support the delivery of a continually effective & efficient service to our clients; as well as working closely with the Managing Director on multiple other projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a solution orientated point of contact for clients and internal staff, efficiently dealing with queries or issues that arise, including the review of policies & procedures, working to enhance these where possible to continue to add value for all areas of the business.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate client visits, managing diaries, liaising with Contractors and supporting with the completion of any actions points that arise.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to source, quote & deliver Client projects as well as other business administrative tasks.
- Deal with new business enquiries; build initial relationships, establish requirements and collate information required for the production of accurate quotations.
- Create Purchase Orders, process & record all purchases and keep the team updated on delivery timescales for the successful & smooth delivery of projects.
- Provide administrative business support to the team.
About you
- You will have proven experience of working within a fast paced, versatile role.
- You will be solution orientated with a knowledge of how to review, improve and embed processes effectively through collaborative workmanship with the wider team.
- You will be a strong relationship builder and excellent face to face, telephone & written communications skills.
- You will be a confident & self-motivated team player with the flexibility & pace required to work on multiple projects within a small team environment.
- You will have strong organisational and effective time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
