As a Business Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

📌 Accurately and efficiently conducting data entry tasks

📌 Performing clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents

📌 Typing and proofreading various documents

📌 Assisting in office organisation

📌 Computerising information for easy access and retrieval

📌 Demonstrating proper phone etiquette in all communications

📌 Providing administrative support as needed & Processing Invoices

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

✅ Proficiency in data entry processes

✅ Strong clerical skills and attention to detail

✅ Efficient typing skills

✅ Familiarity with office procedures and organisational tasks

✅ Ability to computerise information effectively

✅ Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

✅ Prior experience in administrative role in the Property, Finance or Legal sector
