About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and highly motivated finance professional to join our close-knit finance team. We provide financial data and support to managers/Heads of to make informed decisions. We get involved in all aspects business planning with the principals and heads of to ensure they have all the information they require to make the right decisions.

The role is based at our Park Lane Campus, which is short 10/15 minute walk from the train station. We are able to offer hybrid working (2 days at home and 3 days in the office) in this role.

What You Will Do
- Provide a high-quality financial management service to a group of budget holders and be the primary finance link for a specific area of the group.
- Line manage other members of staff in the delivery of a range of financial services, including preparation of financial information for accounts, collaboration with budget holders to support financial planning and forecasting, and supporting their effective decision making with appropriate strategic support and advice.

About You
- You should have a professional qualification with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Be able to supervise and motivate colleagues and team members.
- Ability to cope with continuous and complex changes,
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with peers and non-finance colleagues.
