We are looking for a Business Support Executive to join our Client Services team and support the smooth running of the client portfolio, ensuring the accountabilities, reputation and operational nuances of 26PMX are successfully implemented.

**What you'll be doing**
**Financial Administration**
- Reviewing the financial tracker with the account team and ensuring that updates are being made weekly, and accurately, by the team
- Setting up invoices and ensuring these are signed off and dispatched in a timely manner
**Operational Management**
- Coordinating a calendar across all clients giving business visibility of weekly / monthly / quarterly meetings
- Setting up and managing key review deadlines for QBRs and diarising of these with the team to reduce the pressure and ensure deck narrative, and slides are on track
**Marketing Support**
- Coordinating the provision of case studies and results - collating the draft content and inputting into slides for use by new business and the CS team
- Coordinating client newsletters - chasing the team for content and then managing the physical send of these from systems
- Managing the client experience strategy: Coordinating event invites, birthday gifts and onboarding communications
**Account Administration**
- Ensuring all 26PMX templates are up to date and creating first drafts for the CS team
- Maintaining the contract renewal calendar and ensuring the CS team are on top of the latest requirements
- Attending key client sessions (i.e. Business Reviews and workshops) to take meeting minutes / notes and ensure actions are carried out
- Editing and proofing agency documentation i.e. Spreadsheets, Powerpoint, Word documents to ensure these are high quality, briefing in further support in art direction from creative for key assets etc when required
**What you need**
Knowledge, technology and qualifications:
- Some administrative experience within a professional setting
- Ability to work with, and hold to account, multiple stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills: Power-point, Word, Excel, Outlook
Skills or competences:
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and deadline driven
- Collaborative and a team player
- Strong attention to detail
