Cave is lucky to have state of the art equipment in order to support the diagnosis and treatment of the patients as well as a highly skilled and knowledgeable team.

This is a full time permanent role. Hours TBC.

The patient care assistant role is to support the Nurse and Clinician teams with the care of patients as well as maintenance of the clinical areas.

Cave currently has a team of 9 PCA's who's role is pivotal in delivering quality care to the patients that enter our doors.

Being part of Linnaeus, Cave is supportive and encouraging of development and progression. With the support of the central team, we actively encourage the PCA team to complete the wide array of training opportunities in order to develop knowledge and skillset. This enables us to offer the PCA role as a career. We are also aware that the PCA role is also often a stepping stone into nursing and are keen to provide a great starting block for this.
