As a Rehabilitation Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Home from Hospital care team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 per year
  • Paid mileage at 35p per mile

Your Experience and Suitability
