As a Rehabilitation Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication.


We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our valued Home from Hospital care team. You will travel across Taunton and surrounding areas, providing high-quality care and support to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for those who genuinely care for others and want to make a difference in their lives.


As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • Paid mileage at 35p per mile

Your Experience and Suitability
