Job Summary

This role involves supporting our customers at times where extra support is required. You will be accompanying them to appointments, shopping, preparing meals, and helping with daily living routines including washing, dressing, and personal care. Additionally, you will mentor and support a team of Care and Support Workers to deliver high-quality care which enables our customers to remain in their own homes.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,033.24 - £27,661.92 per annum, depending on experience. Enhanced pay applies for nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting customers at times of extra need, including accompanying them to appointments, shopping, and daily living routines
  • Mentoring and supporting a team of Care and Support Workers to deliver high-quality care
  • Undertaking quality monitoring visits, actioning any points raised, and updating the Team Manager as appropriate
  • Setting up and designing care and support packages, including initial assessments and reviews
  • Providing standby cover for our out-of-hours service
