Sales Administrator/customer Support

We are currently recruiting for a **Sales Administrator **on behalf of our client based in Halesowen.
The **Sales Administrator **will be responsible for assisting the sales team with the administration and maintaining customer relationships on a daily basis.
**Duties include;**
- Responding to customer enquries and providing quotations
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Updating customers on order progression
- Processing invoices and returns
- Working alonside internal teams and management
- Resolving any customer issues

**Experience & Skills required;**
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Enthusiastic attitude to learn and gain product knowledge
- Attention to detail
The working hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5:00pm.
The salary for the **Sales Administrator **starts at £18,525 with an increase discussed after 3 months.
**Salary**: From £18,525.00 per year
