We have an exciting opportunity in the Starting Well 0-19 Service for a motivated leader to join our team. The successful applicant must be transformational in their practice and be skilled at developing quality services that are coproduced with stakeholders - including children, young people and their families.

Managing people, leading on projects, quality management and service design are key areas to showcase your knowledge and skills (some may be transferrable)

**Main duties of the job**:
Support the Head of Clinical Service in the operational delivery of safe and effective clinical services, providing leadership, support, supervision, appraisal and performance management to qualified and support staff, liaising closely with other health teams, Social Services and Voluntary Agencies to maximise service provision and optimise patient care.

Acting as deputy to the Head of Service for the Starting Well 0- 19.

- Evidence of continuing professional development

- Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent post graduate validated courses and experience.
- ECDL or equivalent

- Up to date knowledge of modern service delivery and national plans for health and social care
- Budget management.
- Understanding of project management methodology and approaches.
- Understanding of service improvement tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and the Health Care Standards
