**Hours**: Full time role working 12 hours over 4 days per week.

**Shift patterns**:7:45am - 8pm

**Salary**: £20.00 an hour

We were established in 1994 and class ourselves experts in dementia care, the Willows is a family run care home located in Blacon, a residential area in the City of Chester. The motto of the home is “Care with Dignity”. The staff at the home pride themselves in consistently maintaining this excellent standard. It drives every aspect of our approach to meet the everyday needs of the people that we care for.

We offer permanent Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care services. Respite care is available for people who need a period of recuperation, or to allow whoever is usually providing care to take a break.

**The role**:
We are a friendly family run 70 bed Nursing Home providing 24hr support to vulnerable adults. Our clientele have a variety of needs that include physical, emotional and dementia. We are looking for that special person to join our team to help us support and contribute to a good quality of life in a clean cared for environment for our residents.

You will be the backbone of the Care team working with the Home Manager and Compliance Lead to ensure all departments have continued oversight and support, working as part of the team whilst also inspiring and motivating staff.

As Clinical Lead you will work alongside all our team members to ensure all our residents receive the highest quality person-centered care. Care that is delivered safely, timely and respectfully. You will always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve. As a home we want to provide the highest standards of support and care to our residents in a happy, stimulating and loving home and we are looking for people who are committed to this philosophy.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead who is passionate about their work and who is excited by the prospect of furthering our progress and continuing to drive up standards.
