**Client overview**:
You will join a dynamic UK firm of auditors, accountants, and business advisers, who are passionate about helping their clients achieve their ambitions. This role will help to deliver professional secretarial support to Partners and Managers across the StAlbans Office. This role will closely support approximately 30 people in the General Practice team.

**Experience required**:

- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Effective organisational skills and ability to manage own workload.
- Experience of working within a Professional Services organisation
- Strong team player but also able to work independently and use initiative.

**Role overview**:

- Diary Management for the Partners and meeting room bookings.
- Preparing first draft letters and other documents including minutes of meetings for approval/ amendment by Partners/Directors/Managers
- Filing signed documents/accounts as instructed/required on audit files and worksite
- Assisting with administration matters for accounts/clients' Trust documents during the year to maintain up-to-date records. Training provided
- Paying cheques into client accounts and the office account.
- Inputting Partner's expenses monthly.
- Processing invoices.
- Team Support/Administration for tax returns process.
- As part of the Secretarial team, additional support to other secretarial teams may be required.
- Assisting with arrangements for on-site audit teams (e.g. hotel bookings), as required from time to time
