As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to our team of lawyers and legal executives. You will be responsible for:
- Producing legal documents
- Answering telephone calls, transferring calls and taking messages
- Keeping accurate records of meetings and appointments
- Organising travel arrangements for lawyers
- Arranging meetings and managing lawyers’ diaries
- Attending court and meeting clients
- Closing, archiving and storing files
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role
