PC Legal Secretary

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Legal Secretary to join our team at Insight Select Careers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to work with our growing Private Client department in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience as a Legal Secretary and exposure to PC, Litigation or Property teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to fee earners, including meeting and greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Delivering high-quality audio typing services to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintaining company files, proofreading documentation, and drafting letters to the highest standard.
- Performing general administrator duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven secretarial experience in a Law Firm setting.
- Knowledge of Private Client, Property, or Litigation teams is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Demonstrable fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A high level of organization and attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy.

- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
