Oakleaf Partnership is partnered with an international asset management firm in their search for a HR Administrator/ Coordinator join their growing HR team during an exciting growth period. This will be a fast-paced role providing generalist administrative support across all HR functions. The role requires a proactive mindset. The HR Administrator /HR Coordinator will partner closely with other members of the North American HR Team to support the Employee lifecycle and employees across the North American offices on people related matters. They will support day-to-day inquiries, administration and special projects as well as complete other tasks, as requested.

You will have outstanding experience in delivering excellence in:

- Support full employment life cycle
- Work closely with senior HR partners on ad hoc projects
- Support new employee onboarding (e.g., training, operational logistics) and employee departure process
- Support administration of employee benefits (including enrollments, changes, terminations) for medical, dental, vision, FSA, commuter benefits, life insurance and 401k
- Reconcile monthly benefit statements
- Assist with the development, coordination and tracking of all training and development activities
- Support operational logistics of global and regional training programs including but not limited to scheduling and attendance tracking
- Support ongoing maintenance of a people system
- Update people policy documents (i.e., Benefits Outlines, Employee Handbook) to reflect changes
- Monitor labor law policies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws

We are keen to hear from proactive Junior HR professionals with ambition and drive. These individuals will need to have a minimum of 1 year’ in corporate environment preferably Financial services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources or Consulting
- Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, written/verbal communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proactive with strong attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism and sound judgement with understanding of when and how to escalate issues
- Solution oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
