_**Are you a proactive ‘can do’ person with fantastic attention to detail and data input accuracy? We have a great opportunity for a People Officer to join our HR team**_

Using your experience of providing professional and transactional people support, you'll play a key part in the HR Team, providing critical administration support in management information and reporting.
- Please note this is a 6 month fixed term role_

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Manage all people compliance checks including setting up new starters, processing leavers, changes, and exceptions through our HRIS and payroll system
- Payroll processing, providing recruitment and onboarding support, producing employee contracts, offer letters and change letters
- Providing professional, transactional people support, you'll operate across a generalist remit providing end-to-end support across the employee life cycle
- Ensuring all data is maintained in our system
- You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in other areas of HR including supporting on People projects.

**About You**
- Excellent administration skills with an eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone
- Strong written communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Possess strong analytical skills
- A proactive, can-do person, with the ability to role model a positive, team working culture
- Excellent attention to detail whilst multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels across the business
- Driven to continuously improve ways of working
- Resilient and adaptable to changing demands and tight deadlines
- Able to work independently without continuous supervision
