**Direct Report: HR Manager**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Support the HR Director and HR Manager with daily tasks such as setting up interviews, interacting with clients, managing calendars, resume screenings, and posting job orders.
- Assist with orientation and onboarding of new legal and administrative staff both domestically and internationally.
- Maintain employee and department files.
- Organize the HR department’s internal and external company meetings and execute meeting logistics such as coordinating meeting rooms, setting up meeting materials, and scheduling meetings.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years as an HR Assistant
- 1+ years of experience with Oracle (not a requirement/will provide training)
- 1+ years of experience with MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
